Joined SDNG left for Ft. Leonardwood Mo. May 1980. Transferred to US Army March 1981 at Ft. Benning Ga. 1983-84 Republic of South Korea,84-85 Ft. Lewis Wa., 85-86 Korea, 86-89 Ft. Benning Ga. 1990 Korea, Dec 1990 Discharged at Fitzsimmons Medical Center Aurora Co. Stayed in Aurora as an Apartment Maintenance Tech. Moved back to the Black Hills area in 1993. Have been driving truck on and off since then. Took time off to attend school for 4 years in Computer Networking (BORING), went back to driving truck 2 years ago. I don't think I've stopped traveling since graduation.

Married Jackie Soulek of Lake Andes in May 1986 and became a stepfather to a young man that still calls me "Dad". Unfortunatley his mother and my wife passed away in Jan 2000.
